Debra Kerrison received her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY at Buffalo and Paralegal Certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Training.  Ms. Kerrison has been a Paralegal for over 30 years and joined the firm in November 2012, bringing her experience in residential and commercial purchases, sales, and title work. Since 2001 she has served as a Trustee  and Corporate Secretary of Cold Springs Cemetery Association and is an active member of the WNY Paralegal Association and National Federation of Paralegals.

Ann Marie joined the law firm with Robert (Bob) Grimm, Jr. in early 2016. Her expertise in residential and commercial real estate, estate law, and business matters is an asset to our firm.

 

Samantha Anderson

Samantha Anderson received her Bachelor's Degree in English from SUNY at Buffalo. She has previously worked as a Legal Assistant prior to joining Nesper, Ferber, DiGiacomo, Johnson & Grimm in January of 2018. Samantha primarily assists attorney William P. Johnson with residential real estate, title, estate planning matters and representing lenders i mortgage and refinance transactions.

Olivia Zureck received her degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2017. She joined the firm in May 2021. Olivia currently serves the firm as bookkeeper and a estate paralegal.
