Biography

Robert (Bob) Grimm, Jr. is a former partner of the Magavern Magavern and Grimm. He joined Nesper Ferber in January 2016 to bring his talents to the growing firm. Mr. Grimm concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate, wills, trusts and estates, and general business law.

Mr. Grimm is an agent for Stewart Title Insurance Corporation and is examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company. Bob has served as counsel to the former St. Albert the Great Roman Catholic Church in North Tonawanda. Bob has lectured on real estate topics for professional and community organizations. Mr. Grimm has been named in Who's Who of Lawyers in Buffalo Business First and was named in the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers.

Bob Grimm is an alumnus of Niagara University and a former vice president of the Board of Trustees for Cardinal O'Hara High School. Mr. Grimm is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and Federal Courts, including the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and New York State Bar Association.
