Sally A. Rauh

Sally Rauh received her Associates’ Degree from the Institute of Paralegal Studies at Medaille College in 1986, and joined the firm in January of 1987. She has been Paul T. Nesper’s paralegal for 27 years and is experienced in the areas of corporate law, commercial & residential real estate and estate planning.

Renita Baron-Kasprzyk received her degree from Hilbert College and has been a legal assistant for over 20 years. Renita currently serves the firm as an estate paralegal, guiding decedents' families from the beginning of an estate proceeding to the distribution of assets.
Barbara J. Hyland

Barbara Hyland received her Bachelor of Science degree from D’Youville College in 1992 and has worked as a legal assistant for more than 20 years. Ms. Hyland joined Nesper, Ferber & DiGiacomo in June 2011 as a commercial real estate paralegal, working primarily with attorney Richard F. DiGiacomo.
Debra J. Kerrison

Debra Kerrison received her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY at Buffalo and Paralegal Certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Training. Ms. Kerrison has been a Paralegal for over 30 years and joined the firm in November 2012, bringing her experience in residential and commercial purchases, sales, and title work. Since 2001 she has served as a Trustee and Corporate Secretary of Cold Springs Cemetery Association and is an active member of the WNY Paralegal Association and National Federation of Paralegals.
Ann Marie Maxwell

Ann Marie joined the law firm with Robert (Bob) Grimm, Jr. in early 2016. Her expertise in residential and commercial real estate, estate law, and business matters is an asset to our firm.
Barbara Szymanski joined Nesper, Ferber & DiGiacomo in 2008 as the front desk administrator. She handles our telephone system, mail delivery, greets clients, and helps the office run smoothly.
