Jeffrey J. Tyrpak

Biography

Jeffrey J. Tyrpak concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate, commercial loan transactions, and business transactions.
He has experience in representing individual and corporate purchasers and sellers in all types of real estate including homes, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or vacant land.  He also represents lenders in commercial and residential transactions and on the closing of business loans.

Mr. Tyrpak also represents small and large businesses throughout the lifecycle of the business.  He represents individuals and partners in forming businesses and professional practices and the addition of partners or transferring of interests.  He also advises business clients on restructuring and buyout provisions and assists businesses with stock or asset sales.

Mr. Tyrpak serves as the attorney for the Seneca Nation of Indians Economic Development Company (SNIEDC) with regard to their loan closings on and off territory.

Mr. Tyrpak also has prior experience advising on estate matters and representing qualified benefit plans in Federal Court.

Mr. Tyrpak currently serves on the Legal and Contract Committee for the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village Central Park Project.
