Jeffrey J. Tyrpak concentrates his practice on corporate law, real estate law, and commercial loan transactions. He has experience in representing individual and corporate purchasers and sellers, as well as lenders in commercial and residential transactions. He has prior experience advising on estate matters and representing qualified benefit plans.
Mr. Tyrpak is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the field of Real Estate. Aside from New York State, Mr. Tyrpak is admitted to practice in federal court in both the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
