Labor and Employment Law
Our attorneys work with our clients in developing and implementing personnel policies to help build and maintain an effective and productive work force. We assist our clients in understanding and complying with Federal and State laws and regulations governing the employment relationship. We protect our clients by seeking to successfully resolve employment related disputes through the process of negotiation, arbitration and litigation. Our services include counseling clients on personnel policies and procedures; negotiating and drafting employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and restrictive covenants; reviewing policy manuals and employee handbooks to anticipate potential problems, especially sexual harassment discrimination and drug and alcohol policies. We also represent our clients to defend and prosecute discrimination claims and other employment law related litigation.
